Maxwell Gala Results Posted

The results of the Maxwell Gala have been posted on the results page.

Once again the Barramundi bunch punched above their weight and came away from this weekends gala with an enhanced reputation. All of our swimmers did well and overall the team came away with a speeding ticket, 3 golds, 3 silvers and 17 personal bests. Play the music: [audio http://www.webvideobytes.com/fc1.mp3]

Here are just a few of the highlights:

• Alex swam his 50m Breastroke in 0.32.76s which is faster than the current 13 year old county championships record
• Medal winners were Edward, Alex, David, Olly and Yassmine
• Tom did incredibly well in the heated atmosphere of his first gala
• Olly, Poppy, Daniella, Edward, David, Matthew, Lucy, Yassmine, Jocelyne and Alex all acheived county qualifying times

A Quick Note On Qualifying Times

Qualifying times can be accepted or considered. However please note that even accepted times may be scratched if there are too many entrants for the event. Conversely considered times get through to the finals if there is enough room.
