Alex Murphy(14) swam for Division 10 of the  ESSA – English Schools Swimming Association -  Divisional Championships - CLICK HERE for more info. He  swam in the (school) years 10/11  age group. He won GOLD in his event breaking his own County U/16 Jnr  record and S.E.Regional – 14 yr age group record, with a time of 1.08.04 – Long Course.

David Murphy(10) won GOLD for his 200m Breaststroke at Rushmore Royals in the Aldershot Garrison Pool and SILVER for his 200 free.

Alex’s relay team won Bronze. His individual win puts him up for selection to swim in the ESSA Engalnd team which will compete against Scotland, Ireland, Wales in Glasgow next March.

Adam  Van Lokven and Jocelyn Ulyett from Miton Keynes SC and Alex were the 3 from our County to be in the ESSA Div 10 Team.
