One Year Anniversary Gala – Tigersharks, 2009!

Good luck to Alex, David, Richard, Hollie, Yassmine,  who are representing Barramundi this Sunday, in Swindon. It was a year ago exactly, when 4 swimmers ventured forth for the 1st time into Gala Land, Alex, Mollie, Yassmine and Jocelyne.

It’s very unfortunate that not everyone who applied got in this time around, and that there were not more Barramundi’s at this weekend’s event. It seems to be a sign of the times – maybe more children swimming because of the push for more sport or the Olympics have inspired children.

On a positive note – it’s lucky that Oxford gave us the chance to get race times at our club Championships. There will be a good contingent at Counties next Year!
