Well Done, Alex!

Alex  was invited to join the South East Region’s Talent Camp in Aldershot Garrison Pool, Sunday 25th January.

He was ’spotted’ at the Winter Championships last November. He had 1 hour land training and 2 hours in the Garrison’s 50m pool. He was the youngest member but was with other breaststrokers as this session focused mainly on that one stroke.

There were 15 swimmers – 5 boys and the rest girls. One of the boys in the pool was a European Short Course Champion (aged 17yrs).
